  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 35 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare a muffin pan with paper liners.
  • Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and oil.
  • Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Alternately add the flour mixture and milk to the sugar mixture, and beat until just combined.
  • Incorporate the blackberries and blueberries.
  • Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter.
  • Bake the cupcakes for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
