Chocolate Cupcake with Milk Chocolate Shavings Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
• 1/2 cup milk chocolate shavings
• 1 tablespoon white vinegar
• 1 cup water
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup granulated sugar

• Cook Time: 20 minutes
• Total Time: 35 minutes

Instructions

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
• Cupcake liners should be used to line a muffin tin.
• Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl.
• In a mixing bowl, combine the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and white vinegar.
• Pour in the water slowly and mix until the batter is smooth.
• Incorporate the milk chocolate shavings.
• Divide the batter among the cupcake liners in an even layer.
• Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
• Before serving, let the cupcakes cool completely.
