These Walnut Honey Cupcakes are a delicious sweet treat for any occasion. Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
  • Cupcake liners should be used to line a muffin tin.
  • Whisk together the flour, chopped walnuts, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine the honey, vegetable oil, milk, and egg.
  • Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until they are just combined.
  • Fill each muffin tin liner about two-thirds full with the batter.
  • Bake the cupcakes for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  • Allow the cupcakes to cool for 5 minutes in the muffin tin before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Serve and have fun.
