Cupcake Tower with Whipped Cream and Berries Recipe

  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 40 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth.
  • Divide the batter among the cupcake liners in an even layer.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
  • Place the cupcakes on a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
  • Put a dollop of whipped cream and mixed berries on top of each cupcake.
  • Repeat until your tower has the desired number of layers.
  • Serve right away or chill until ready to use.
