Mini Cupcakes with Peanuts Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk together the milk, oil, and egg in a separate bowl.
- Stir together the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
- Mix in the chopped peanuts.
- Fill each mini cupcake tin with batter, about 3/4 full.
- Bake the cupcakes for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
